Houlihan v. Hotel For Dogs
The UT alleges that Council member Maggy Houlihan is behind the city's rabid code enforcement against a local dog kennel. Mrs. Houlihan lives in a rough neighborhood. One "neighbor" posts inflammatory signs along interstate 5 and she sets the city enforcement squad on the other. Houlihan could very well have tipped off the city, but the owner had also build a wall that might have aroused suspicion. Moral of the story: don't piss off your neighbor if the happen to be a city council member.

The kennel can keep most of the canopies. Although some require permits. The city is now safe from canopy blight.

Maggie is not involved with the kennel. Let's leave her alone for a while since her cancer has returned. She listens to our community and represents all of us well.
does anyone really believe that she is not involved with the code enforcement case of her neighbor?
What's with Houlihan's inability to get along with her neighbors?? Why do so many people living near her have so many problems??
Can we expect these type of problems with Solana Beach and Carlsbad, now that she is our mayor??
Seems to me she has some growing up to do regarding get along go along.
There are many movies made in the industry but very few have focus on children and some like pets. Hire I saw Hotel for Dogs yesterday it was pretty nice movie to see. I think it does teach lot for the youngsters and they can take a good imagine of how much a kind hearted person values. Houlihan should set the record straight.
There is a record as to who initiated the complaint. Allow a person with integrity to examine the record and keep that persons name anonymous unless......it was...Houlhan. So lemme see...a un-interested perspn with integrity hmm. A council member? an officer of the court? A politician? A NYT reporter? how about a lawyer? I know, get an english speaking migrant worker to do it. All they care about is working another day!
What a waste!
Every time she gets negative press out comes the "Maggie has cancer" fabrication.
